I did look at that long presentation.
He is wrong. Conversation and such IS content.

He`s only confusing the issue, pretty pictures or not... and his basic "assumptions" are all wrong.
Instead of "content" he should refer to what he`s denigrating as "static content" and convo`s as "dynamic content". Then, he might move the ball a lot closer to the line.
