    To my mind, you should start with small. For instance, decorate several weddings or events for free. And distribute your print advertising among guests. Thus, you will have an audience at list + your should get some portfolio in order to find more customers.

    I think the first important thing that you should decide - it's to narrow your agency, to find its specialization. Because there are so many good and popular agencies, that it would be rather difficult to attract customers.

    As i understand if you want to take your business globally having a web site is best way. Then you may promote it through internet marketing. We can can do both phase of business development.
