From an SEO perspective, probably not too important these days. You'll be able to rank well with either.
Personal opinion: .com is still better! People associate .com with trustworthiness, they've been seeing .com domain names as long as they've been seeing domain names so they're still going to lean towards .com.
Other important factor:
Branding: You may not be able to get your desired domain as a .com, they're in higher demand. In that case go to .net instead of buying a .com on a secondary market for WAYYY more money. The preference towards .com only assumes that a .com and .net are both available at the same price. The benefit of .com is not worth paying up for.
I created my website using free website builder at http://www.webstarts.com, and I went for .com. I don't think that there is some significant difference between those too though..
.com is best in correlation then .net and.info in light of the fact that .com space get effectively filed by the web crawlers if there should arise an occurrence of SEO, .com area names are more ideal. On the off chance that you need to enlist your area then go for godaddy, they are giving their administrations at reasonable costs.
