basic ground back:
new start up (less than a year)
brick and mortar store with displays and samples
offer samples and free estimates in customers home, starting with a phone call
not getting many calls or walk ins


currently:
have a website (ranked first page for google searches locally)
google page (ranked first page for google searches locally)
BBB member
advertise with FB paid ads
advertise in local news papers

Do you have an app for your business? If no, make sure to launch it asap. Do not forget about social media sites and offline marketing. I suggest that you create some cool flyers and other printed stuff. It can work great for your business. Flooring stores need to reach homeowners directly. If you "only" advertise online, you are inherently faced with competing with every other option the consumer has - both local brick and mortars and online sellers.

This is a disadvantage that will cost a fortune to overcome.

Your best bet is to target the right prospects (homeowners), with the right offer (high-value coupon) at the right time with direct mail marketing.

Create a compelling offer and make sure you target the right audience (i.e. homeowners only, age 30+, Income $75K+, and maybe other parameters such as age of the home).

If you want to drive sales you need to use marketing that works and cuts through the noise.

Start testing different direct mail offers, that's my $0.02.

Did you investigate how your competitors advertise themselves? You definitely have competitors: big or small. What do they do to promote themselves?
Why didnot you post a link to website?
Did you try to cooperate with stores which sells materials for flooring and home improvement. Did you try to cooperate for example with plumbers or guys who fixes wholes in walls and or in a roof?

Good advice, @Alan O'Rourke. Cross-promotion between two companies is a good tactic to bring new audiences to each other.

There's some great suggestions here. While I'm a big fan of direct mail because, well I have a print shop :) , I'm also a fan of combining forces with others. Have you considered reaching out to realtors and brokers? When homeowners purchase a new/old home, they are often in need of new flooring, appliances, etc. If you connect with all the local realtors—yes, one by one—and provide them with a "Exclusive New Home Purchase Deal" many will be more than willing to offer your services.
