  I have no idea what your budget constraints are but you might consider using Netsuite.com.
  Netsuite has an ecommerce package that basically allows you to operate your entire business "in the cloud". The website is fully integrated (business intelligence). Work from anywhere with nothing but a password.

  Magento and Shopify are the most popular eCommerce software. BigCommerce is the next best thing although it's a bit costly. You can also check out WooCommerce and 3d Cart as well.
