While this book is not focused on females, it was written by an inspiring woman and this businesswoman found it very interesting and helpful. Don't be turned off by the title, Get your Sh*t Together. I bought a copy at the airport and read it in one sitting.
This is the author, Sarah Knights action plan that she used to get out of her corporate job and write her first book, a bestseller, and live the freelance lifestyle in the tropics. I loved her mindmap of how to achieve a goal it was funny and easy to understand and follow.

Shark Tales: How I Turned $1,000 Into a Billion Dollar Businessby by Barbara Corcoran

Year of Yes by Shonda Rhimes.
