Stop worrying about things you cannot control. In life, and especially in business, there are always events which do not turn out to our liking. Whenever you are set back, whether by customers or suppliers, remember that everything will work itself out eventually, even if the outlook seems bleak.

2

Redirect your energy on things you can control. While you cannot focus your time and energy on tasks out of your reach, you can exert more time and effort into projects that specifically require your input. Investing your time in these tasks will provide a positive, productive opportunity to influence things in your favor.

3

Develop a positive sense of perspective. Positive attitudes allow you to remain optimistic, leading to less worry. When you're positive, you're not ignoring the fact that something unfavorable is currently happening, you're simply aware that the event is temporary and the experience will make you a stronger entrepreneur.

4

Network with a mastermind group. Communcating and becoming further acquainted with like-minded business owners provides several benefits: You get a network of friends who have experienced what you're going through, as well as opportunities to learn through others' trials and triumphs. The increased networking can also help your business as you forge strong partnerships that can lead to more revenue in future partnerships.

5

Read about other entrepreneurs. Every entrepreneur has a story. Whether you pick up an autobiography, memoir, biography or an in-depth interview, reading the stories of other entrepreneurs who have gone on to be successful will be imperative to your success. You'll feel refreshed and invigorated by their stories and realize that, if they were able to overcome their hardships, you will be able to as well.
