I have an online retail business and rent about 1200sq ft of warehouse
space on the first floor of a large building. In front of this space is a
small storefront (about 200sq ft) that I don't know what to do with.
This street gets an enormous amount of rush-hour vehicle traffic, and I
just feel it's a wasted opportunity. Very little pedestrian traffic. Any
ideas?
