Need a business idea, already have storefront location

Hey everyone! I have been renting a storefront type office space that has 2 rooms and a bathroom, with large windows in the front in a high traffic (automobiles) area on the Northwest side of Chicago.

I was using it for my location to meet any clients for web/graphic design but I'm looking to now start a new business. What business would sell itself just by adveritsing the name or a few graphics on the window with people passing by?

Usually people will start the business then look for the office location, so this is kind of opposite. However, the rent is affordable and it's in such a great high traffic area I don't want to give it up. I would love to hear any of your ideas and really thank you in advance!
