I am interviewing potential partners for a million-dollar corporation which would purchase homes, most in excellent condition, and flip them immediately for profit. This corporation is not yet formed. I plan to fund it using equity-based crowdfunding. Equity-based crowdfunding will become legal in the immediate future. I am in need of professional and degreed individuals who can guide the corporation to maximize profits while complying with all SEC, IRS, TREC and other governing entities' regulations and laws.
