Government Agency (Fire Department) Sales
I have a web based service that I am trying to sell to Fire Departments.
I currently working with a couple of chiefs as independent sales reps to sell the product. They do not have past sales experience. When they connect with other departments they have had success, but are not running with the product.
Sales is also not my forte, and I am really struggling to figure out how to grow my customer base. The product I have is very useful, and I have not had a customer meeting where the department was not excited.
I have bootstrapped the entire process to this point, and have only my own savings as funding. What kind of steps should I be taking to get my product out there?
