HI everyone,
I currently have a business as a Sole Proprietorship in Ohio. I am using EIN for IRS tax and doing my business under a ficticous name. Now I am thinking to convert my business type from Sole Proprietorship to LLC to seperate my personal and my business. I am wondering if I can keep my business name and EIN the same when I convert to LLC. Thank you very much for your time.
