My partner and I are interested in opening up an indoor arena for Airsofters in the Pacific Northwest (Seattle). There is no competition in the area and the market is completely untapped. We have a location which is centrally located in the King County area with multiple freeways making this location absolutely prime. Outdoor fields which completely varry on weather clear $2,000 per day in entry fees alone but only host one game per month. Our business model capitolizes on those entry fees and brings consumables such as ammunition, fuel, and accessories into play giving it a much higher profitability.
