Selecting a Medical plan - reasonable

 One of the biggest issues and cost to an individual like myself who owns a small consullting business is the medical costs. For a family plan (at Oxford) no dental with descent coverage, my cost is $1176 a month. YIKES!!!! Does anybody out there know of something cheaper with good coverage ?? I live in the Northeast. What about it STARTUPNATION guys ???
