Why should you build a blog for your company? Because it puts a human face on your business? The new "big" is "personal." Why should you use a video podcast on your site? Because it`s a way to share the value of your product or service and maintain a conversation with your audience / customers. But the blogs and video podcasts aren`t ads. They`re value sharing.
