I learn a great deal by visiting my competitors` websites to see what they are up to...
how are they attracting customers?
how are they communicating?
what is their pitch?
what is their pricing?
how do they compare?
I recently discovered a new start up going after "my" niche. The great thing is, looking into this new competitor, I discovered that I had overlooked an important set of keywords.
Plus it motivated me to add a number of new innovations to help differentiate my offering.
Do you keep an eye on what your competitors are doing? How do you use that to improve your own business?

I always check to see any sales or promotions they are having.
Every few weeks I check on keywords and also search on the shopping searcg engines for any new competitors that pop up (in my market there are many competitors).
So yes, I do love my competition!
