Finding a kayak designer

I am in the process of starting a new kayak company with an innovative design. I am an engineer but not a kayak designer, so I need someone to help me with that element. I want someone who works as an independent contractor and is knowledgable enough to help make the design easily manufacturable on a large scale. Does anyone know where to look for someone like this?Thanks,Ryan

Thank you for your comments. I`m planning on attending the summer market in August. I have done quite a bit of research on the market and designed the first prototype with a group of 4 engineers, so I have some understanding. I am no expert, but I am learning more and more everyday.
