Critique my site please

Hello all,
I have made some significant changes to my site and would like some
feedback. I have posted this request before to this forum and all of the
feedback was GREATLY appreciated.
One thing that you may notice is that we are missing a few images. This is
due to a database error which will be repaired over the weekend.
Please take a look and be as honest as you can...I can handle it /pages/

I was able to fix that easily. Thanks for the advice, it did look odd after you
mentioned it.
