Any Sales Managers here?

There`s no right answer to your question. I was a sales manager for several different industries, before anyone ever heard of the internet. My best hires were generally referred to me by my best salespeople. That`s because generally speaking, good salespeople know other good salespeople. That being said, we also had success hiring from newspaper ads. So I guess the answer to your question is, good salespeople can be found everywhere.
