Google has changed its algorithm. But, I want to know this changes from SEO point of view. How you are seeing this change to your SEO practice? And tell me more about Google's Algo. for other SEO tactics.

Penguin — April 24, 2012. Following quite a while of hypothesis around an "Over-enhancement punishment", Google at last revealed the "Webspam Update", which was not long after named "Penguin." Penguin balanced various spam elements, including catchphrase stuffing, and affected an expected 3.1% of English questions.

To stop spamming google has updated so many algorithms. Penguin and Panda are two major algorithm which are designed to penalize the site having low quality content, spam/duplicate content or low quality backlinks.
1. Panda penalize those sites having low quality content.
2. Penguin penalizes the sites having low quality backlinks or spam links.

Google doesn't update any new algorithm after penguin but its bot regularly crawls the content of site

Panda and Penguin are two major algorithms designed by google which penalized those sites who break rules or disallow google guidelines.
1. Penguin penalized those sites having low quality backlinks & spam backlinks.
2.  Panda penalized those sites having low quality of content or duplicate content.
