I saw some webmaster pics on search engine results of their particular web pages but I don't understand how to add picture search engine results of their particular web pages. if you have experience to add pic on search engine results so must tell & help me in this task !

Yes that is called authorship markup.By linking your google+ profile with website can show your pic on google search results along with website link.

It is the authorship the Google implement along with your Google+ profile. It helps Google identify who owns the article or post. By that Google now has an idea which post will be added to search query.
