Need to place banners through a advertising campaign.

I want to have some banners for my site and need them to be carried through a well brought up display advertising campaign. The service provider should  have a good network and should  be experienced and lead a professional team. To make this go in a better way I want some suggesstions  to help me decide a potential one.
