Errand running business

I want to start an errand running/concierge business. The town where I would be operating is only 100,000 but I think it may work ok. I need all the help that I can get because I`m just reading and researching as much as possible right now. One question I hope someone knows the answer to is about organizations for errand running. I don`t want to get ripped off and I don`t know what would be worth checking out. There`s one called AERO--American Errand Runners Org. Is it any good? Then there`s a Triangle group out of North Carolina, I believe, that offers training to get started. I can`t afford to throw away money. Anyone know about these?

I am in this business and have gotten a lot of information from
I-Village. There are people there that can help you every inch of the
way. Just go onto www.ivillage.com and look under message boards for
"errand business". This site will help with networking, startups,
problems,insurance, contracts, business, concierge books and
other learning tools. It is the only site I know of
for this business.

illegal. But I think you will find everything you need to know on
that topic in I-village. I-village will lead you to another forum
which I belong to. So actually there are 2 forums. Let me
