Hello! I have an online jewelry business and since I used to live in Illinois, it is currently registered in Illinois. My husband and I just relocated to Michigan, and we will most likely be moving again in the next 10 months.
I need advice on where I should register my company and how to move my company around from state to state, keeping fees to a minimum.
I'm considering moving my company to Nevada, and operating as a foreign entity as I move from state to state - is this a good idea?
Any advice would be much appreciated! Thank you!
