Marketing my new business (help!)
All,
Just opted into a small franchise of "lawn signs"
www.funsign.net</A>
Once you take a look at the signs, you can see that this business will
will not make your rich, but will give you some good extra cash to fund
some other project. Anyhow, the signs are for kids birthday`s & newborn
baby`s (announcements, 6ft stork with baby`s name, wght, etc)
At this point I was hoping I could get some good ideas on
marketing the product.

I`ll add a few more off the top of my head:
* Florists
* Ice cream shops
* Chamber of commerce (most everyone has a party of some kind)
* Try to run an ad in your newspaper next to the "anniversaries,
birthdays, engagements, and weddings" section, and/or one next to
the birth announcements
* Bakeries (specifically cake bakers)
* Amusement themed restaurants (a.k.a. Chuck E Cheese)
Good luck with it, Joryeln!
* Association of Event & Catering Professional http://www.acep.com/</A>
* National Association of Event Planners
*Your local vistors Bureau
*Local Hotel Special Event Coordinators
