keeping an idea safe when presenting to investors

I have a question,

Ok

I have a
business idea that would require investors. I have never done a
business at this caliber and was wondering what would be required in
order to keep my invention safe from being stolen. It is more of a
service invention. I am going to get a patent though what legal
paperwork should I obtain? Are there kits or should I have one written
from scratch? As for the patent, with showing only to investors will a provisional patent be good? Thanks!
