Just a tip coming from a Twitter guru..
 
If you haven`t used Twitter`s real time search. You are missing out big time. You can key in on what people are saying about your brand, ex. complaints, praises, questions, rumors, etc. in all real time.
 
You can also use the search to key in on leads, use it to find trends, etc.

ya, i use it all the time, a great resource. you can also do tweatgrid.com and get multiple searches on the screen at once.
