In a B2B telemarketing campaign I think one of the biggest mistakes that many people make is that they try to explain their product or service over the phone to a prospect.
The secret to success in a B2B telemarketing campaign is to "SAY LESS TO MORE PEOPLE"! and let the email /fax/letter do the explaining, aka; they act as the third party.
