We Olive:
"Olive Oil Tasting Bar, and Retail Store selling Everything Olive."
 
This seems to pretty much sum up what we do. I think it definately makes people curious but understand what we do.

    I just watched a show on TV about Bay Area (San Francisco) and the olive production. It is a market on the rise according to the program and my gut feeling. Butter is out. Olive is in.

    I started this store in 2003 and it is going very well in Paso Robles Ca. We started franchsing Last summer and we now have three franchisees sold in California. We are licensed in just about all 50 states. So I am hoping to ride the wave of Olive oil to a succesful chain of specialty stores. Look for us soon in you area. Haha.
