Hello Folks.
I`m in the process of registering my soon to be new business in the
state of New Jersey. Did my research and think I know what I need to
do to register my LLC with the state. One thing has me thinking. My
CFP gave me a quote of around $700 to form the LLC and register with
the state. I checked online and a company would charge me about $300.If
I do it myself it will cost me $125. I think all I have to do is fill
out the NJ-Reg form and the Public Filing of a new business entity form
to create and register the LLC. Am I missing something that would
account for the large $$s these folks are quoting me for doing the same
thing?Thanks!
