Hello,
I am starting an LLC probably this week and need to know the differences between Legal Zoom and My Corporation and if there is a big enough difference or things that need me to stay away from the company.
Currently My Corporation offers free Filing plus Charged State Fees, there service is much more affordable than Legal Zoom.
Does anyone see issues with me using My Corporation the company who has developed Quick Books. If so, what issues have you seen?
