Energy Audit Business, will it work?

I need some advice about this business I am thinking about starting. It is a home energy audit business. Basically we go to your house and find ways for you to decrease your energy usage, and consequently your energy bill. These changes range from changing light bulbs to replacing windows and doors. We only do the audits, not the retrofits. Your local municipal power company would subsidize most of the audit but expect to pay between $200-$500. I have a couple questions: How much would you be willing to pay? Would you even be interested? Why would you be interested? Would you want the auditor to be certified by the government in auditing? Would you be willing to get an audit done for cheaper if the auditor had little experience? Thanks in advance.
