Suggestions Needed for Supplier of Custom Product Presentation Boxes

Can anyone suggest an affordable supplier of custom mailer boxes for product presentation? Quotes I've received from U.S. suppliers have been upward of $7 per box for an 8x8x1 inch box. Quotes via Alibaba (China) have been roughly $3 per box for my requested quantity of 200 ($1.50 for MOQ of 500; not ready to order that quantity just yet).
