Business development help for a digital agency
Hey guys
New here - thought this might be a good community to see if I can get some guidance here. I work for a digital agency that is based in the UK and has a strong UK presence, and now they want to set up shop in the US (I'm based in Philadelphia) and start acquiring clients over here in the US. We won most of our clients in the UK through word of mouth and never really had a formalized business development strategy, and I'm quickly realizing we need one formalized ASAP.
Anyone done this before, if so, where's the best place to start? FWIW we deal in bespoke solutions.
