Here are the five most common reasons why LinkedIn restricts your account:
1. Sending too many connection requests in a short time
2. Sending a lot of templates and promotional messages
3. Too many people flag you as’ I don’t know this person
4. Using unreliable LinkedIn automation tools
5. Doing any spamming activity
As another option, it might happen if you're using an unstable internet connection and/or VPN, davis.
Adding to the messages above:
too many profile views/invitations/messages or they're done too fast i.e. you do many actions in a short period of time.
accessing the same LI account from different locations in a short period of time, e.g. if you gave your LI account for managing to a virtual assistance from another country or you manage someone's account, so the location switches too often. if that's the same country, it must be OK
and also parallel activity can be a reason i.e. the same LI account is used simultaneously from two devices, for instance you send messages while a virtual assistant sends invites. Or while an automation sends invites etc.
