If you are undecided whether to do inside sales or outside sales for your business, here's an article that can help you see the differences as well as the benefits of doing inside sales or outside sales for your business. Inside sales is when a customer comes to you at your fixed location of business while outside sales is the opposite. After you have read it, you can decide now which path to take.

Inside Sales is any sales done remotely. Anything that involved selling with no face-to-face interaction with the prospect, usually involving telephone, email, Skype or another cyber-communication method, and other tools available on the internet.

Outside Sales, on the other hand, is the exact opposite. An employee is considered an outside sales rep if he or she makes sales in the ‘field’ or outside the office, usually through client meet-ups.
