How to market research for the IT services/products provided to firms and not the public?
In normal products which are consumed by public we can easily access and analyze its merits and demerits by the competitor and launch a new product to fill those demerits and sustain the essentials.
Likewise is there any options or facilities or platform to analyze by the competitor, the merits and demerits of the services/products provided by the firms to other firms , specifically for the services/products provided by IT sector.

Market research typically involves paying a third party for a research report unless you undertake the analysis yourself. Usually that is easier said than done so most people opt to buy a report.
