Good Evening, I am looking for a serious silent investor or investors for a start up brewery in Atlanta Georgia. The Company solicits financial backing in order to introduce its new product. The brewery will be known for: “Beer as it Should be” brewing beer for what it is and without the fluff. Balanced, perfected recipes of hops and grains with natural adjuncts is all the business will use. The Company's primary product will be Craft Beer and the business will be considered as a “Microbrewery”. Founders have been mastering craft beer brewing for the past 24 months. Personally has invested time and money to study the art of brewing and mastering it. Brew master has worked during his own time in a popular brewery located in Marietta, GA to learn specialized techniques to perfect his own business. He has developed 5 different styles that include: Canadian Cream Ale, NEIPA, Honey Brown Ale, Wheat/Pilsner Hybrid, and American Ale. Over the past 24 months, these 5 crafted beer recipes have been tweaked or adjusted to create perfectly polished beers. The final products have been sampled in the local community, restaurant owners and a brewery owner with high accolades. Owners are passionate about craft beer and proud of the final products. These 5 will not be the only selections that the brewery will carry, the menu will always be revolving with unique flavors based on seasons or styles that will continue to draw interests. The business will have a minimum of 10 taps for diversity and options including 2 taps designated as the “House Craft” that will be available at all times.
Food- will not be provided through the brewery. Food will be supplied through third party services ie: Food Trucks that will be hand picked by owners based on quality and selections they provide while meeting the standards and expectations we want. Will not incur any food costs but will generate additional revenue from food trucks renting our space during designated dates and times.
Founders have 4 years of projections, a site located and business plan for an investor to review. LLC has been filed and produced. One of the owners has over 25 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership and the other is an engineer for a major company.
