Help Towards Ecommerce Progress

Sup, I'm progressing towards owning my first online store and in the process of creating a business plan(BP) using Small Business Administration(SBA). Up until now I've settled on what I want to sell and how to sell it. However, gathering BP data is where I'm currently stuck.
Specifically financial projections and legal structure is where I'm mostly stuck/unfamiliar with. That being said, any tips on gathering data as well as getting an accurate business plan completed?
