Teaching tech topics people want to know.

I have been thinking, about ways of marketing and and at the same time helping people.
I have held "classes" in my local library teaching about open source operating systems. Linux. I would like to host another Class but I want to do something that would be of more interest to people. I am a nerd and love technology, which is why I got into the IT field. I also enjoy teaching and helping others succeed in tech. I would have a class on MS Excel but, A: its not a strong point with me and B: I think its kinda boring. Anyone have any ideas? What would someone want to learn that deals with technology.
