I do not agree. The need depends on the demand of buyers, which in turn depends on the place of residence. In some state, there is a high demand for light clothes and in the other way around, for a denser one.мментарий

Customer need depends upon what kind of problem they are facing or what desire they want to fulfill. Once they are aware of the problem then they will start searching for the answer or product. There final selection depends upon product based on the service they are getting from that particular product or service.
