What is the best virtual phone system that won't make my cry every month?

We've used a virtual receptionist service for the last year or so, knowing it was going to cost us a lot, and the data we've gotten out of it has been extraordinarily valuable.  Now that we have all of that info, I'm looking for a solution that will help my customers reach the people they need and that has the capability of phone groups as well (customer service and technical support, most importantly).  We're spending close to $90K on our current service and our call routing is simple enough that call routing is smarter than an actual receptionist.
