I`d ordinarily suggest places like elance.com, and other freelance sites, but you`re asking for particular clients with the implication of long-term work. One option I can think of would be to start a general marketing company, where you`d be the graphics end of it, and you`d get together with partner(s) who would handle other aspects of marketing.
