I am a fitness freak and I live the fitness lifestyle.

As stated in my welcome post I am looking at some ideas and some business plans.

One of it has to do with the fitness industry.

Has anyone here started their own gym or even a franchise?

Can someone share their experience such as how much the start up and running costs were as well as the challenges they faced and how it all went?
