My friend and I are attempting to start a network support business and I am curious to hear from small business owners about their IT support needs. What kinds of IT problems do you guys have? Who handles those problems? How are the problems handled? How often do they occur? How much time is wasted on solving these problems? Things like that. Any input is greatly appreciated. Any business that deals with in office computers, networks, internet, server rooms, etc. I want to hear any and all IT problems you guys have so I can get more of an idea of what areas I need to focus on. We may even be able to help out now with some of the problems you all are having. Thank You!
