But we need visitor/ user, how can I do that

In addition to the comments you have received. I'd suggest you're active on a relevant social media site or forum. I tried loading your website and couldn't see much.

So from your description above I'd suggest Reddit might be a good platform to go for, to get exposure. Reddit works well if you share and participate in it, i.e. it is not really a 'marketing' platform.

Research and find keywords and put in on meta description and keywords. Then build some quality links based on your focused keywords and continuously stay updated on SEO.

You Head Tags are not properly used. Fix it.

You have no sitemap. Create one and add on website.

There are some other issues, for these you are not getting traffic from search engines.

Still working on getting traffic? If people are able to upload their own ideas, they'd probably love to have people know that their thoughts are pinned to your wall. Why not add sharing functionality to the posts, then people can share their ideas with their friends. When it comes to getting completely new traffic, I would first look at Facebook Ads. Have a spicy title like "What is your world changing idea?" and start with only a few bucks. As you narrow down your target audience, you can actually figure out who is interested in your site.

It appears that you are starting to get some users, but you are going to need to do some serious administration to keep the trolls off of the site (may be blocking IPs as it's not profile driven). You should have it sortable by language as I would only want to see posts that I'm able to read.

Your website strategy boils down to figuring out what your current and potential customers want online and then meeting that desire.Taking a website from zero to a few hundred or even a few thousand visitors a month is not ... So if you want people to pay attention to you, you need to earn it.

Great suggestion! I agree Reddit is great place to get valuable feedback on website content as long as it is genuinely appealing to the audience of that subreddit. Not a place to spam irrelevant links because you'll likely get banned or your posts deleted but if you post something they are interested in you'll not only get more traffic to your site but probably some comments that you can use to improve user experience or content. I'd maybe adding posting pages to appropriate categories on StumbleUpon as well.
