E-commerce struggles. How to get rid of it?

I usually offer a lot such as below list:

Digital Arts Request
Traditional Arts Request(Portrait Request)
Photo Edit/Manipulation Request
Logo design Request
Video Edits Request


I use to post in Deviantart, Expatriates and more. I even pay for Facebook Ads but no such persons wants to contact me.

I have nice works actually so I am struggling to why I can't meet some people who want to try my skills.
