Who to trust with Financial Strategy

hello.
I've got plans in place for starting a coffee/lobby/bar type establishment. I've got experience in the field but am lacking in financial knowledge, especially strategizing and how to run things at 100% efficiency.
Ideally, I'd like to find someone who is friendly and invested in my success and would run my financial forecasting etc. Are there people like that out there? I don't like the idea of working with a company that is just interested in me for the money.
Where do I find these magical financial types? Am I barking up a tree that doesn't exist?
