1. google analytics - its a free tool for tracking the traffic on your site.
2. webmaster tool - Its an easy way to findout the issues in your site such as html error, 404 error, crawl error, duplicate meta tags etc.
3. Smallseo tool - it is a free tool to find out the duplicate content in your site.
4. Majestic seo tool - It is good for site link audit. it gives a list of backlinks you are getting on your site.

My favorite seo tool is Seoprofiler.com is for checking the backlinks. Semrush is also for checking the backlink. Google analytics is for monitoring your traffic.
