Hi guys,
I'm in the early stages of starting up a prepaid card business/ stored-value card business, built upon a series of id cards that have already been distributed. But I don't really have any experience in this area of business. Is there anyone out there who can point me towards the right direction in terms of setting the system - regardless of experience.
